Gotta take a bite in this if you are meal prepping! Hibachi style cut steak with the oh so good garlic butter fried rice and Asian veggies! Side with our Yum Yum Sauce (2oz container)! Low Carb: Fried Rice will be subbed with Cauliflower Rice.

This dish takes chicken to a new level! Chicken Meatloaf glazed with garlic parmesan glaze I Buttery Mashed Potatoes I Garlic Seasoned Broccoli. For low carb, mashed potatoes will be sub with mashed cauliflower.

Grilled Chopped Chicken Breast I Greek Seasoned Rice I Tzatziki Cucumber Salad in 4oz Container I Tzatziki Sauce in 2oz Container. Low Carb: Rice will be subbed for Cauliflower Rice.

Buffalo chicken alfredo
Spicy meets comfort with this brand new dish! Al dente fettuccine noodles, topped with house made, creamy alfredo and buffalo coated chicken. Served with a side of roasted broccoli. Low Carb noodles will be substituted with spaghetti squash.

mesquite chicken fajitas
Thinly Sliced Mexican Seasoned Chicken Breast I Sweet Julienne Bell Pepper Cuts I Seasoned Corn and Black Bean Blend I Served with a side of sour cream, salsa, and flour tortillas (separate containers). Low Carb: Corn and Black Bean Blend and Tortillas will be subbed for Mixed Veggies.

sweet butter bbq pork tenderloin (GF)
BBQ pork tenderloin, topped with melted honey butter, served with a side of mashed sweet potatoes and lemony green beans. For low carb, we will sub mashed sweet potatoes for cauliflower mash.

(new) Tater tot casserole
We know what you are thinking… Is this healthy!? With our fresh ingredients, lean cooked ground beef layered between tater tots and low fat cream sauce, this dish will put a smile on your face! Served with a side of fresh mixed veggies. Low Carb: Will replace tater tots for cauliflower. [Post-Workout Meal]

(NEW) Blueberry crumble parfait
Delightful parfait that tantalizes the senses! It comes with a 4oz cup of Blueberries, a 4oz cup of Honey Granola (may contain nuts), and a 16 oz cup of delicious Greek yogurt parfait ready to mix and enjoy. Perfect for breakfast or a refreshing snack.

Power Breakfast Bowl
Oatmeal with the fruit of the day: blueberries, apples, raspberries, black berries. Has ground turkey sausage, seasoned scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes/hash browns and and shredded cheese.

Frenchew Toast
High Protein! Pancakes made in house. Served with turkey sausage and syrup. Flavors may vary! Texas Toast dipped in our homemade cinnamon egg battered fried in our pan. Dashed with powdered sugar and served with a side of breakfast turkey sausage and homemade maple syrup.

Fresh Fruit Bowl of the Week
All fruits are clean thoroughly and freshly cut. The fruit base is: Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, and Grapes. Each week, we will add a harvested fruit which can be: strawberries, blue berries, black berries, kiwi, raspberry, or watermelon.

(NEW) Breakfast Burrito
The perfect way to start your morning, this burrito is packed with scrambled eggs, cheese, turkey sausage, potatoes, onions and peppers! Served with a side of salsa.

Breakfast Flatbread Sandchew
Seasoned Scrambled Eggs with Turkey Bacon, provolone and American Cheese on flatbreads. Served with a side of Healthy Chew Sauce.
