Available in 4 various portion sizes, you are able to eat gourmet food without the guilt!

Deliveries on Sundays: 4pm-8pm & Monday: 10am-2pm (we cannot guarantee preferred time but we can try to accommodate it as much as possible)

Pete's Bourbon Chicken

I ain’t gonna lie- this is probably one of my favorite dishes. This recipe is from my parent’s Chinese restaurant back in the day! Lean cooked Chicken thighs in our bourbon and brown sugar Chinese sauce base with white steam rice and buttery garlic green beans. Low Carb: Sub white rice for cauliflower rice.

Teriyaki Chopped Beef Brisket (GF)

Tender and flavorful brisket marinated in our signature teriyaki sauce. Served with a side of mashed sweet potatoes and fresh sautéed green beans. Low-carb substituted with mashed cauliflower.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Delicious Chicken enchilada casserole that’s just the right amount of traditional with our spin on it. It is corn based and gluten free. Served with a Mexican Rice and 4oz Cup of borocho beans with peppers, onions, cilantro, tomato, and served with fresh lime slices. [POST WORKOUT MEAL]

 

Southern Fried Cabbage and Sausage Skillet

We are back at it and taking a risk to make cornbread healthy with our fermented then fried cabbage and turkey sausage! A dish you didn’t see coming and won’t wanna miss! Sliced Turkey Sausage I Southern Fried Cabbage I Homemade Healthy Cornbread. Low Carb: Cornbread will be subbed with vegetable of the day.

Chicken Bacon Spaghetti

You will fall in love with our combination of baked chicken, creamy white sauce and al dente spaghetti noodles topped with crispy turkey bacon pieces. Served with a side of fresh buttery garlic green beans. Low Carb noodles will be replaced with spaghetti squash.

Delightful parfait that tantalizes the senses! It comes with a 4oz cup of Blueberries, a 4oz cup of Honey Granola (may contain nuts), and a 16 oz cup of delicious Greek yogurt parfait ready to mix and enjoy. Perfect for breakfast or a refreshing snack.

Power Breakfast Bowl

Oatmeal with the fruit of the day: blueberries, apples, raspberries, black berries. Has ground turkey sausage, seasoned scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes/hash browns and and shredded cheese.

Power Pancakes of the Week

High Protein! Pancakes made in house. Served with turkey sausage and syrup. 

 

Fresh Fruit Bowl of the Week

All fruits are clean thoroughly and freshly cut. The fruit base is: Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, and Grapes. Each week, we will add a harvested fruit which can be: strawberries, blue berries, black berries, kiwi, raspberry, or watermelon.

Savor your morning with our irresistible Breakfast Biscuits and Turkey Sausage Gravy! This comforting dish features two golden buttery biscuits served with a 6 oz side of turkey sausage gravy infused with herbs and spices.
