For those looking for a time-saving alternative to cooking every night, trying to maintain their weight loss or just starting their fitness journey, this plan is the one for you! Available in 4 various portion sizes, you are able to eat gourmet food without the guilt!

The menu is for week September 21st – September 25th. All orders for this menu must be submitted before 11:59 pm on Thursday, September 17th.

Pick-ups at 9811 W. Markham St., Little Rock, AR on Sundays: 7 pm-9 pm & Mondays: 10 am-5:30 pm

Deliveries on Sundays: 6:00 pm-11 pm & Monday: 6:30 am-12 pm (we cannot guarantee preferred time but we can try to accommodate it as much as possible)

Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta

Thai meets Louisiana spices! Pasta garnished with green onions. Served with a delicious side of zucchini squash medley. Low-carb noodles substituted with zucchini noodles.

Mediterranean Chicken and Chickpea Salad

Our newest salad is the perfect dish for Summer! Loaded with roasted red peppers, red onions, diced tomatoes, roasted pecans, feta cheese, kalamata olives and chickpeas, on a bed of greens and topped with baked chicken and balsamic vinaigrette.

Chimichurri Flank Steak (GF)

Lean seasoned flank steak with our chimichurri sauce. Served with baked yukon potatoes and fresh green beans.

This delicious casserole, is loaded with eggs, veggies and hash browns. It’s the perfect portioned meal to start your day right!

Breakfast Burrito

The perfect way to start your morning, this burrito is packed with scrambled eggs, cheese, turkey sausage, potatoes, onions and peppers! Served with a side of salsa.

Power Breakfast Bowl

Has ground turkey sausage, seasoned eggs and baked potatoes.
