Available in 4 various portion sizes, you are able to eat gourmet food without the guilt!

Deliveries on Sundays: 4pm-8pm & Monday: 10am-2pm (we cannot guarantee preferred time but we can try to accommodate it as much as possible)

Chimichurri Flank Steak (GF)

Lean seasoned flank steak with our chimichurri sauce. Served with baked yukon potatoes and fresh garlic butter green beans. Chimichurri sauce in separate 2oz container. Low Carb: Yukon Potatoes will be subbed with Mashed Cauliflower.

YUM YUM Chicken Fried Rice (GF)

This restaurant style fried rice is served with tender chicken thighs, fried eggs, Asian vegetable blend and our signature homestyle YUM YUM sauce (sauce on the side). Low Carb substituted with cauliflower rice.

Parmesan Meatball Marinara Pasta

Meatballs with infused garlic oil and parmesan never sounded SOOOOO GOOD! Handcrafted Savory Angus Beef Meatballs I Seasoned Spaghetti Pasta I with our Homemade Sweet and Savory Marinara Sauce. Served with a zucchini and squash medley. Low Carb: Pasta substituted for zucchini noodles.

 

Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

 This bowtie pasta dish will be your new favorite guaranteed! Pasta, mixed with baked chicken, creamy ranch-style alfredo sauce, bacon bits, and cheese. Topped with julienned roasted red bell peppers, served with a side of roasted broccoli. Mouth watering, isn’t it? Low-Carb served with zucchini noodles. [Post-workout Meal]

Chicken Tortilla Soup (GF)

This dish will definitely bring you comfort; packed with loads of fresh ingredients, from tender chicken breast, stewed tomatoes, chopped onions and celery to black beans and corn. Finished with Monterey jack and cheddar cheeses! Served with gluten free corn tortilla chips.

Honey Walnut Crispy Chew Shrimp

This is one of Chef Pete’s favorite dishes! Crispy shrimp tossed into our honey mayo base with walnuts to give you that spectacular crunch and taste! Crispy Shrimp with Walnuts tossed into our sweet white base coat I White Rice I Garlic Roasted Broccoli. Low Carb: White Rice will be subbed with Cauliflower Rice.

Power Breakfast Bowl

Oatmeal with the fruit of the day: blueberries, apples, raspberries, black berries. Has ground turkey sausage, seasoned scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes/hash browns and and shredded cheese.

Power Pancakes of the Week

High Protein! Pancakes made in house. Served with turkey sausage and syrup. 

 

Fresh Fruit Bowl of the Week

All fruits are clean thoroughly and freshly cut. The fruit base is: Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, and Grapes. Each week, we will add a harvested fruit which can be: strawberries, blue berries, black berries, kiwi, raspberry, or watermelon.

Savor your morning with our irresistible Breakfast Biscuits and Turkey Sausage Gravy! This comforting dish features two golden buttery biscuits served with a 6 oz side of turkey sausage gravy infused with herbs and spices.
