Hibachi Smokey Steak and Garlic Butter Fried Rice

 Gotta take a bite in this if you are meal prepping! Hibachi style cut steak with the oh so good garlic butter fried rice and Asian veggies! Side with our Yum Yum Sauce (2oz container)! Low Carb: Fried Rice will be subbed with Cauliflower Rice.

Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich

SO GOOD! Lean skirt steak cuts with sautéed bell peppers and onions, provolone cheese on a hoagie roll. Served with baked sweet potato fries and our homemade Mayo Basil Aioli sauce on the side. 

Chicken Fajitas

 Thinly Sliced Mexican Seasoned Chicken Breast I Sweet Julienne Bell Pepper Cuts I Seasoned Corn and Black Bean Blend I Served with a side of sour cream, salsa, and flour tortillas (separate containers). Low Carb: Corn and Black Bean Blend and Tortillas will be subbed for Mixed Veggies.

Buffalo Chicken Alfredo

 Spicy meets comfort with this brand new dish! Al dente fettuccine noodles, topped with house made, creamy alfredo and buffalo coated chicken. Served with a side of roasted broccoli. Low Carb noodles will be substituted with spaghetti squash. 

Chicken and Turkey Sausage Jambalaya (GF)(DF)

Chicken I Turkey Sausage I Rice I Jambalaya Base I Bell Peppers I Onions I Garlic I Side: Zucchini and Squash Medley I For Low Carb, we will sub the rice for cauliflower rice

Lucas's Shepard Pie (GF)

 (NEW) Your comfort warm winter dish is here! Packed with high protein and quality beef. Cooked Ground Beef layered with Minced Garlic, Diced Onions, Peas and Carrots I Topped with Homemade Mashed Potatoes I Side of Garlic Green Beans. Low Carb: The top layer of mashed potatoes will be substituted of Mashed Cauliflower.

Summer Chicken Salad

 Chopped chicken, mixed spring spinach, blueberries & sliced strawberries both in 4oz container, feta cheese, crushed pecans, carrots, and our raspberry vinaigrette in 4oz container.

High Protein. Promise it doesn’t taste like the bs protein powder! Served with a side of breakfast turkey bacon and homemade maple syrup.

(NEW) Fresh Fruit Bowl of the Week

All fruits are clean thoroughly and freshly cut. The fruit base is: Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, and Grapes. Each week, we will add a harvested fruit which can be: strawberries, blue berries, black berries, kiwi, raspberry, or watermelon.

(NEW) Breakfast Flatbread Sandchew

Seasoned Scrambled Eggs with Turkey Bacon, provolone and American Cheese on flatbreads. Served with a side of Healthy Chew Sauce.
