Available in 4 various portion sizes, you are able to eat gourmet food without the guilt!

All orders for this menu must be submitted before 11:59 pm on Thursday, June 13th.

Deliveries on Sundays: 4pm-8pm & Monday: 10am-2pm (we cannot guarantee preferred time but we can try to accommodate it as much as possible)

Cubano Steak Flatbread

Meatballs with infused garlic oil and parmesan never sounded SOOOOO GOOD! Handcrafted Savory Angus Beef Meatballs I Seasoned Spaghetti Pasta I with our Homemade Sweet and Savory Marinara Sauce. Served with a zucchini and squash medley. Low Carb: Pasta substituted for zucchini noodles.

Chipotle Burrito Bowl (GF)

Tender, marinated chicken thighs, cilantro lime white rice, corn, and black beans drizzled with lime crema and chipotle sauce

 

Creole Cajun Chicken Pasta

SO GOOD! Lean skirt steak cuts with sautéed bell peppers  One of our most popular dishes, this pasta is served with juicy marinated chopped chicken breast, seared bell peppers and our non-fat creamy cajun sauce. Served with a side of fresh roasted broccoli! Low Carb noodles will be substituted with spaghetti squash. [POST WORKOUT MEAL]

Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta

 Thai meets Louisiana spices in this dish! Angel hair pasta served with juicy shrimp and topped with our signature Bang Bang sauce, lightly garnished with fresh scallions. Served with a delicious side of zucchini squash medley. Low carb noodles will be served with zucchini noodles and a side of broccoli.

Homestyle Ground Turkey Chili (GF)

 Savory chili with a mix of our special blend of seasoning. Cooked with stewed tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, corn, celery, bell peppers, onions, and minced garlic, topped with cheese. Served with gluten free chips.

Southwest Chicken Salad

A salad topped with chipotle chicken, shredded cheese, chipotle beans and corn, roasted red bell peppers, crunchers and our house-made chipotle ranch!

Turkey English Muffin and Egg Bite

NOW WITH TURKEY SAUSAGE!! English muffin with TURKEY SAUSAGE and provolone cheese. Served with a spinach, onion and bell pepper egg muffin.

Oatmeal with the fruit of the day: blueberries, apples, raspberries, black berries. Has ground turkey sausage, seasoned scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes/hash browns and and shredded cheese.

 High Protein! Pancakes made in house. Served with turkey sausage and syrup.

 

(NEW) Fresh Fruit Bowl of the Week

All fruits are clean thoroughly and freshly cut. The fruit base is: Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, and Grapes. Each week, we will add a harvested fruit which can be: strawberries, blue berries, black berries, kiwi, raspberry, or watermelon.

(NEW) Breakfast Flatbread Sandchew

Seasoned Scrambled Eggs with Turkey Bacon, provolone and American Cheese on flatbreads. Served with a side of Healthy Chew Sauce.
