For those looking for a time-saving alternative to cooking every night, trying to maintain their weight loss or just starting their fitness journey, this plan is the one for you! Available in 4 various portion sizes, you are able to eat gourmet food without the guilt!

The menu is for week March 1st – March 5th. All orders for this menu must be submitted before 11:59 pm on Thursday, February 25th.

Deliveries on Sundays: 6:00 pm-11 pm & Monday: 6:30 am-12 pm (we cannot guarantee preferred time but we can try to accommodate it as much as possible)

Korean BBQ Beef (GF)

Italian Turkey Sausage Lasagna

Our lasagna will have you craving more! Made with Italian Turkey Sausage, house-made marinara, ricotta, and mozzarella, layered between lasagna noodles and then baked to perfection! Served with a side of roasted Broccoli. Low carb will be substituted with zucchini noodles.

This restaurant style fried rice is served with tender chicken thighs, fried eggs and an Asian vegetable blend. Low Carb substituted with cauliflower rice.

This classic dish is a top seller here at Healthy Chew. Seasoned pasta, perfectly cooked beef topped with our house-made stroganoff sauce. Served with a side of grilled carrots, this dish brings you back to simpler times. Low-carb noodles substituted with zucchini noodles.
